Build a Meaningful Career in Care, With a Team That Truly Supports You
At Dibac Home Support, we believe caregivers deserve the same dignity, respect, and reliability that they provide to others every day. We are a professional, THA‑licensed staffing agency serving families and facilities across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Waterloo Region — and we are always looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our growing team.
When you work with Dibac, you are not a contractor. You are a valued employee, supported, trained, and matched with clients who appreciate your work.
-
You’re Supported: Every Shift, Every Day
We take full responsibility for our caregivers. That means consistent scheduling, responsive communication, and a leadership team that actually listens.
You’re Matched Thoughtfully
We pair you with clients and facilities based on your skills, experience, and personality, not just availability.
