When You Need Someone Quickly

Some calls cannot wait. A hospital discharge set for tomorrow, a caregiver who has just quit, a parent who can no longer safely be left alone — say so on the first call and we will treat it accordingly. Directly employing our staff is what makes a fast placement possible without cutting the screening.

What Happens After You Get in Touch

We respond, arrange the consultation, and talk through the need. From there a caregiver is matched on the tasks, the schedule and the household rather than simply whoever is free. You meet the caregiver before regular care begins, and if the match is not right, we change it.

Most Placements Confirmed Within 24 Hours

Once the consultation is done, most placements are confirmed within 24 hours. The phone is answered around the clock, so a call that comes in overnight or on a weekend is not waiting until Monday to be dealt with.

Communities We Serve

Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, plus Elmira, St. Jacobs, Wellesley, Wilmot Township, Ayr and Breslau across Waterloo Region and Fergus, Elora, Rockwood and Puslinch in Wellington County. If your community is not listed but sits within reach of Waterloo Region, ask — the list reflects regular coverage rather than a hard boundary.

Facilities and Caregivers

Long-term care homes, retirement residences, licensed daycares and hospital departments can arrange coverage through facility staffing. PSWs, RECEs and support workers looking for employment should visit the careers page, and families comparing agencies can start with the services overview.

The Free Consultation

Every arrangement starts with a consultation, and it costs nothing. We talk through what the household needs — how many hours, which tasks, what times of day, and whether the person receiving care has preferences about who comes into their home. Nothing is booked until that conversation has happened, and a first call is not a commitment — many families call simply to learn what is available.

What to Tell Us

The more you can share up front, the faster we can match the right caregiver:

  • Who the care is for and what they need help with

  • Which community you are in, since caregiver availability varies by area

  • How many hours and which days or times

  • When you need to start, including whether it is urgent

  • Any language or cultural preference for the caregiver

  • Anything specific — mobility equipment, dietary needs, a newborn's routine
